This Privacy Policy describes how Mystic App LLC ("Mystic App," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our website and mobile application (collectively, the “App”) and related services (the "Services").

By accessing or using our App and Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described in this policy, you should not use our App or Services.

We collect information to provide and improve our Services. The types of information we collect include:

a. Information You Provide to Us:

• Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, password, and any other information you provide for your profile.
• Payment Information: If you make purchases (e.g., subscriptions), we use a third-party payment processor (Stripe) to collect and process your payment information. We do not directly store your full credit card details. Stripe’s use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy. We may receive transaction details from Stripe, such as the amount and date of transaction.
• User-Generated Content: We collect any information, text, images, videos, or other materials you create, post, or share on or through the App ("User Content").
• Communications: When you contact us (e.g., for customer support, feedback via accounts@mysticapp.com), we collect the information you provide in your communications.
• Demographic Information: We may collect demographic information you voluntarily provide, such as age or gender, if relevant to the App's features.

b. Information We Collect Automatically When You Use the App:

• Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our App, such as features accessed, content viewed, time spent on the App, actions taken, and dates and times of access.
• Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access our App, including IP address, device identifiers (e.g., IDFA, Android Advertising ID), operating system, browser type, and mobile network information.
• Log Data: Our servers automatically record information created by your use of the Services, which may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, location (if enabled), and cookie information.

• Other Sources: We may receive information from other sources, including publicly available databases or third parties from whom we have purchased data, and combine this data with information we already have about you.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

• To Provide and Maintain Our Services: To operate the App, create and manage your account, process transactions, and deliver the features and content you request.

• In Case of Business Transfers: If Mystic App LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of company assets, or transition of service to another provider, your information may be sold or transferred as part of such a transaction, as permitted by law and/or contract. We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as for tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When we no longer have an ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These may include the right to:

8. Children's Privacy

Our App and Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. As stated in our Terms of Service, users must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority if older, or use the App under parental supervision if between 13 and 18). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible. 9. International Data Transfers

Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including personal data, to the United States and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer. We will take steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Our App may contain links to other websites or services that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on our App, by sending you an email, or by other means as appropriate, prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our Services after any changes or revisions to this Privacy Policy shall indicate your agreement with the terms of such revised Privacy Policy.
