This Privacy Policy describes how Mystic App LLC ("Mystic App," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our website and mobile application (collectively, the “App”) and related services (the "Services").
By accessing or using our App and Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described in this policy, you should not use our App or Services.

a. Information You Provide to Us:
- Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, password, and any other information you provide for your profile.
- Payment Information: If you make purchases (e.g., subscriptions), we use a third-party payment processor (Stripe) to collect and process your payment information. We do not directly store your full credit card details. Stripe’s use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy. We may receive transaction details from Stripe, such as the amount and date of transaction.
- User-Generated Content: We collect any information, text, images, videos, or other materials you create, post, or share on or through the App ("User Content").
- Communications: When you contact us (e.g., for customer support, feedback via accounts@mysticapp.com), we collect the information you provide in your communications.
- Demographic Information: We may collect demographic information you voluntarily provide, such as age or gender, if relevant to the App's features.
b. Information We Collect Automatically When You Use the App:

8. Children's Privacy
Our App and Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. As stated in our Terms of Service, users must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority if older, or use the App under parental supervision if between 13 and 18). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible. 9. International Data Transfers
Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including personal data, to the United States and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer. We will take steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
Our App may contain links to other websites or services that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on our App, by sending you an email, or by other means as appropriate, prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our Services after any changes or revisions to this Privacy Policy shall indicate your agreement with the terms of such revised Privacy Policy.
